PROJECT SUMMARY

I created and operated the RH CAD Library, a program that contained approximately 80,000 digital CAD assets and spanned several departments, The project required defining stakeholder requirements, creating revision workflows, communicating design requirements to outsource teams in India, and detailed digital asset tracking, leading quarterly status updates with several departments.

I was creative project manager for the rebrand of Giampolini Group. The 100-year-old company ensured that the project contained many nuances that I had to ensure the branding agency, Chen Design, fully understood.

As a co-founder of home decluttering company, New Minimalism, my role included overseeing Design and Brand Assets. We went through 2 rebrands, and worked with design team Flight Design to create Brand guidelines for the current branding. I completed all website design, digital marketing materials and the project management of writing and publishing two books under Penguin Random House.

PROJECT SUMMARY
